    Is the tankless water heater quiet?
    Yes. Gas tankless water heaters units are relatively quiet, with exception low sound of the gas burner and water flow. Both types of units are electronically controlled, employing advanced technology, thus there is no noisy moving or mechanical parts.

    Can I adjust the water temperature?
    Yes. The tankless water heater allows you to easily adjust the water temperature to your liking. There are temperature control knobs conveniently located in front of the unit which allows you to set the amount of water and temperature, as well as the amount of gas usage. On most models there are summer and winter settings too.

    I have hard/mineral water. Can I still go tankless?
    Yes, but it is necessary to use a water filter to improve water quality before entering to the tankless water heater heating system.

    Will the tankless water heater work well with well water/well pump?
    Our units work well with well-water systems. Pressure variations under 20 PSI are generally tolerated by the units. Keep in mind that water flow and pressure
    are the eyes and ears of all tankless units. This is what tells the unit how much power is required to heat your water. Our units are designed to operate within
    the range of 5/150 PSI. It is recommended that your pump to set to run at 60-80 PSI.

    Can I install this tankless water heater myself?
    As its gas nature, it is recommended you hire a professional to install your Marey tankless water heater. Make sure you have the installation guide that came with your tankless water heater available when the installer arrives. The guide has information that will be useful during installation.

    Is the Marey tankless water heater easy to install?
    The installation of our tankless water heaters are a straight-forward job. Most professional installers will be able to complete the job quickly and without any trouble. Please remind to follow accurately all the instructions provided in the user guide.

    Can I install the tankless water heater outside?
    Yes. We provide tankless water heaters designed to be installed outside. Please verify if the water heater you are purchasing is the one designed for outside, therefore these ones must be protected from rain and weather elements.

    Does the Marey tankless water heater needs venting?
    Some of the gas water heaters units do require venting system. Please verify if the unit you are purchasing requires venting system.

    Do the Marey tankless water heaters require pressure relief valve?
    Under normal conditions, the Marey gas tankless water heaters require no pressure relief valve.

    My pressure relief valve is adjustable. To what pressure should it be set?
    You must set the pressure to that which is recommended by the manufacturer of your pipes. The pressure relief valve is there to protect your PVC/PVx/Plastic/Poly pipes.

    My plumbing pipes uses plastic/PVC pipes. Can I use your tankless water heaters?
    Yes, you can use our tankless water heaters with your plastic, PVC, PVx or any similar tubing material. You must, however, use approximately 16 inches of copper or stainless tubing between the tankless heater and your plastic tubing. The copper or stainless tubing must be installed in the inlet and outlet side of the tankless water heater. This metal tubing will act as a buffer, isolating your plastic tubing.

    What are the power requirements: breaker amperage and wire sizes?
    The Marey Gas Tankless Water Heaters do not require electricity to operate as they are self contained with a battery operated ignition.
